Design, source, build, and validate custom tooling, jigs, and fixtures to enable safe, repeatable, and scalable manufacturing. Collaborate with machinists and engineers, troubleshoot production tooling, and ensure tooling meets safety, ergonomic, and operational requirements.

Manage day-to-day operations and project execution for Paducah facility from pre-construction through production. Oversee crews, schedules, budgets, equipment, safety (JHAs), training, SOPs, inspections, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects meet specifications, schedule, and budget.

Lead cross-functional programs supporting permitting, government and community engagement, and operational priorities for a new site. Coordinate stakeholders, manage schedules, prepare executive briefings, track regulatory and permitting activities, mitigate risks, establish scalable program processes, and represent the company at public meetings and events.
