Leads the Paducah uranium enrichment plant from construction and commissioning through full operations. Responsibilities include staffing and developing the workforce, establishing safety and performance culture, overseeing operations, maintenance, engineering, regulatory compliance, and business functions, managing NRC authorization activities, setting production and financial strategies, and coordinating with regulators, customers, community stakeholders, and corporate leadership.

Lead the company’s IT function, overseeing enterprise platforms, core infrastructure, systems administration, security, uptime, scalability, monitoring, automation, and change management. Partner with engineering and business teams to design, deploy, support, and improve resilient IT systems. Establish standards and best practices, troubleshoot mission-critical environments, and manage Windows, authentication, networking, virtualization, and automation technologies.

Design, build, commission, and improve automated manufacturing equipment, including robotic systems, feed lines, assembly stations, PLCs, HMIs, and motion-control systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues; develop documentation and control logic; and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to deploy reliable, safe, repeatable production automation.
