Drives revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business while managing existing client relationships. Owns the full sales cycle, develops proposals, negotiates contracts, maintains CRM records, meets sales targets, forecasts pipeline performance, and collaborates with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to support onboarding and retention. The role requires consultative B2B selling, relationship management, presentations, negotiation, and occasional travel to job sites or other locations.

Oversee all depot operations, including inbound and outbound parcel processing, sortation, dispatch, reporting, reconciliation, labor allocation, and service-time performance. Manage AM and PM supervisors and depot staff through task assignment, coaching, discipline, and performance monitoring. Serve as the primary corporate reporting contact and maintain P&L accountability while ensuring operational accuracy, compliance, and timely linehaul departures.

Supports daily parcel delivery and pickup operations by coordinating drivers, contractors, customers, dispatching, route documentation, scheduling, records, reports, permits, and operational communications. Assists with driver performance monitoring, onboarding, training, clerical tasks, and maintaining departmental workflows. Requires strong communication, route knowledge, cooperation with operations staff, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Lead HR strategy and operations including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, HR policy, compensation, and HRIS management. Advise executives, drive workforce and succession planning, ensure legal compliance, and promote culture and engagement across sites.

Lead daily warehouse operations, ensure safe and efficient package handling, maintain service and productivity standards, supervise and support frontline team members, complete administrative tasks, and assist customer communications to ensure accurate information flow.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President/CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Manage complex calendars and travel, prepare meeting materials, draft correspondence and presentations, coordinate board and leadership events, track action items, handle confidential matters, and partner across departments to execute strategic initiatives and logistics.

Design and build end-to-end customer-facing digital experiences. Conduct UX research and produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Implement front-end components using modern web technologies, ensure accessibility and responsiveness, coordinate offshore development teams, and partner with product and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver enhancements.

Coordinate procurement and distribution of company supplies: determine material needs with procurement managers, track orders in supply software, ensure on-time delivery, implement department procedures, handle daily supply operations and administrative tasks, and collaborate with departments and suppliers to fulfill inventory requirements.

Lead and scale a national sales organization for GLS across National, Commercial, and SMB segments. Own go-to-market strategy, revenue acquisition, partner/channel development, quota and compensation design, forecasting discipline, and Salesforce-driven pipeline management. Build senior sales leadership, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive profitable growth, market share gains, and scalable partnership-driven revenue streams.

Serve as chief legal officer providing strategic legal advice to the CEO, executive team, and Board. Oversee regulatory compliance, contracts, litigation, employment law, international trade, transportation and final-mile logistics legal matters. Lead legal team, manage outside counsel, set governance and compliance programs, and support M&A and commercial initiatives.
