Use market insights and analytics to optimize performance, oversee budgets, agencies, and vendor relationships to support network expansion and revenue growth.

Design and build end-to-end customer-facing digital experiences. Conduct UX research and produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Implement front-end components using modern web technologies, ensure accessibility and responsiveness, coordinate offshore development teams, and partner with product and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver enhancements.

Serve as chief legal officer providing strategic legal advice to the CEO, executive team, and Board. Oversee regulatory compliance, contracts, litigation, employment law, international trade, transportation and final-mile logistics legal matters. Lead legal team, manage outside counsel, set governance and compliance programs, and support M&A and commercial initiatives.

Serve as export compliance subject-matter expert: develop and maintain customs compliance processes, coordinate required export and security documentation, support sales and internal teams, file regulatory paperwork, monitor regulation changes, and collaborate globally to expedite shipments.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President/CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Manage complex calendars and travel, prepare meeting materials, draft correspondence and presentations, coordinate board and leadership events, track action items, handle confidential matters, and partner across departments to execute strategic initiatives and logistics.

Lead and scale a national sales organization for GLS across National, Commercial, and SMB segments. Own go-to-market strategy, revenue acquisition, partner/channel development, quota and compensation design, forecasting discipline, and Salesforce-driven pipeline management. Build senior sales leadership, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive profitable growth, market share gains, and scalable partnership-driven revenue streams.

Sell GLS parcel and logistics services to commercial shippers by prospecting, closing, implementing, and expanding accounts. Manage pipeline, build decision-maker relationships, lead cross-functional onboarding, conduct site/dock visits, and travel to customer sites to achieve revenue targets.

Drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Build and maintain client relationships, use CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), meet sales targets, forecast pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure successful onboarding and retention.

Support daily depot operations by dispatching drivers, preparing route sheets, scheduling pickups, maintaining records and reports, handling clerical tasks, communicating with drivers/customers, assisting onboarding and training, and ensuring timely parcel delivery.
