Join the product team to design and execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests. Create test plans, report defects, maintain test environments, support deployments, participate in agile ceremonies, conduct root cause analysis, and present demos to stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Support daily depot operations by dispatching drivers, scheduling pickups, maintaining route sheets and records, answering phones, preparing clerical reports, and coordinating permits/licenses. Communicate with drivers, contractors, customers, and operations managers; assist onboarding and training, maintain workflow, and perform assigned operational projects.

Manage and implement export compliance processes for US-to-global shipments. Serve as SME on export regulations, customs, documentation, and security; support sales and internal teams; file regulatory paperwork; coordinate globally to prevent shipment delays and drive continuous improvement.
