Lead cross-functional teams to execute capital equipment projects from order through installation and commissioning. Manage scope, budget, schedule, risk, documentation, and customer relationships. Prepare project plans, drive change management, monitor financial performance, coordinate engineering/manufacturing/field teams, and support continuous improvement and ISO objectives.

The Industrial Controls Designer will design and implement control systems, collaborate with engineers, program PLCs and HMIs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Manage supplier certification, audits (internal and supplier), PPAP review, supplier development, contract and quality documentation, supplier scorecards, and supplier corrective actions. Support ISO 9001:2015 QMS, conduct audits, travel to suppliers for inspections and FATs, and drive supplier improvement and alternate sourcing initiatives.

The Components Sales Representative will provide technical support to customers for aftermarket parts, manage relationships, process orders, and ensure data accuracy in ERP and CRM systems.

Responsible for Salesforce administration, including user management, automation, and third-party integrations; also accountable for data engineering, analytics, and reporting.

The Manufacturing Engineer will optimize manufacturing processes, ensure efficiency and quality, collaborate with teams, conduct root cause analysis, and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Support planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of industrial/OEM projects. Develop schedules, allocate resources, monitor budgets, assess risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare status reports, and ensure safety and ISO compliance. Travel and on-site work required.

The Big Fitter will handle MIG welding tasks, follow engineering drawings, ensure quality weldments, operate equipment, and work safely in a team environment.

Create and maintain electrical drawing packages for industrial control projects using AutoCAD Electrical. Develop wiring diagrams, one-lines, panel layouts, BOMs, and as-built drawings. Coordinate reviews with engineers and project managers, track drawing progress, support commissioning updates, and uphold drafting standards and document control.

Design and document mechanical solutions for vibrating equipment, produce competitive quotes, support RFQs and CRM order entry, coordinate with sales and manufacturing, perform development testing, and communicate project status to customers and internal teams.
