Lead cross-functional teams to execute capital equipment projects from order through installation and commissioning. Manage scope, budget, schedule, risk, documentation, and customer relationships. Prepare project plans, drive change management, monitor financial performance, coordinate engineering/manufacturing/field teams, and support continuous improvement and ISO objectives.

The Industrial Controls Designer will design and implement control systems, collaborate with engineers, program PLCs and HMIs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Serve as liaison between purchasing and suppliers to ensure outsourced products meet GK specifications. Manage supplier certification, audits (internal and supplier), PPAP review, supplier development, contract and quality documentation, supplier scorecards, and supplier corrective actions. Support ISO 9001:2015 QMS, conduct audits, travel to suppliers for inspections and FATs, and drive supplier improvement and alternate sourcing initiatives.
