Leads GCFA’s integrated marketing, communications, brand, constituent engagement, relationship development, CRM, analytics, and constituent experience strategy. Oversees campaigns, digital communications, storytelling, service awareness, outreach, cross-functional collaboration, and performance measurement. Builds trust and long-term engagement across churches, conferences, agencies, ministries, and leaders while managing teams, resources, organizational strategy, and transformational change.

Produces, records, edits, and delivers video, photography, podcasts, and digital media for Conference communications and ministry initiatives. Operates studio and field production equipment, manages media libraries and backups, supports events, creates basic graphics, maintains equipment, and coordinates production schedules and contractors. The role requires occasional travel within Louisiana and occasional evening or weekend work.

Oversee nonprofit accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, fund accounting, and audit coordination. Partner with the Treasurer and stewardship committees to maintain financial accountability, prepare regulatory and public reports, manage grants and restricted funds, support churches, and supervise assigned staff. The primarily remote role is based in the Denver area with occasional travel and designated in-office days.

The Chief Financial Officer leads financial strategy, accounting, treasury, budgeting, audits, internal controls, benefits administration, compliance, reporting, and nonprofit fund stewardship. The CFO advises senior leadership and governance committees, manages a five-person Stewardship Team, oversees payroll and benefits, supports local churches, and ensures accurate financial and statistical reporting. The role requires strategic planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and alignment with the conference’s mission.

Leads GCFA’s financial strategy, stewardship, accounting, treasury, investments, reporting, compliance, and shared services. Advises executives and governance bodies, modernizes financial systems, develops forecasting and dashboard tools, manages fiduciary assets, and communicates financial insights to diverse constituents. The CFO also builds scalable services, strengthens controls and transparency, and drives operational improvement across United Methodist ministries and affiliated organizations.

Coordinates communications and event strategy for the Louisiana Conference, managing timelines, stakeholder collaboration, digital tools, registration systems, HubSpot campaigns, email, website, social media, and promotional graphics. The role also writes event recaps, monitors engagement and registration, resolves risks, and ensures communications align with Conference goals and branding.

Provides comprehensive executive and administrative support to a Bishop and Assistant to the Bishop, including complex scheduling, correspondence, travel, expenses, meetings, events, records, and special projects. Coordinates activities across multiple Annual Conferences, prepares conference materials, maintains confidential information, and builds relationships with clergy, staff, laity, and denominational partners. Requires occasional evening, weekend, and travel commitments.
