Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network issues; troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLAs; manage user accounts and IT assets; assist with device setup, software installs, system maintenance, documentation, and end-user training; escalate complex issues to other IT teams or vendors.

Sell and promote beverage brands to retail accounts, execute supplier brand plans, merchandise and rotate product, complete orders and forecasts, maintain retailer relationships, and perform route administrative tasks to drive sales growth.
