Lead municipal infrastructure design and project delivery: prepare engineering drawings, reports, specs and tenders; use AutoCAD Civil 3D; perform construction administration and site inspections; manage budgets and schedules; liaise with clients and municipalities; mentor junior staff; travel to support regional offices and project sites.

Lead and manage municipal and transportation civil engineering projects from concept to completion. Prepare stamped drawings, specifications, quantity estimates, and tenders. Perform stormwater modeling, site grading and earthworks design, construction inspections/quantity surveying, client relations, proposals, business development, and support HSE policies and other offices as needed.

Provides senior technical leadership for hydrogeology projects, including field investigations, groundwater and surface water monitoring, pumping and hydraulic tests, modeling, impact assessments, dewatering studies, permitting, and technical reporting. Leads proposal development, reviews deliverables, mentors junior staff, manages client relationships, and supports strategic initiatives and operations in Newfoundland and Labrador.
