Develop and amend municipal plans, zoning, and land-use tools; prepare planning reports and design concepts; collaborate with engineers and specialists; conduct research and analysis; present to clients and stakeholders; coordinate public meetings (including travel and after-hours); interpret regulatory requirements; support business development and review multidisciplinary technical deliverables.

Lead and manage municipal and transportation civil engineering projects from concept to completion. Prepare stamped drawings, specifications, quantity estimates, and tenders. Perform stormwater modeling, site grading and earthworks design, construction inspections/quantity surveying, client relations, proposals, business development, and support HSE policies and other offices as needed.

Provide confidential administrative support for the Ottawa office including office supply procurement, file maintenance, editing and formatting technical documents, email/phone reception, client greeting, and general hands-on office tasks. Ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards and perform related duties as required.
