Lead municipal infrastructure design and project delivery: prepare engineering drawings, reports, specs and tenders; use AutoCAD Civil 3D; perform construction administration and site inspections; manage budgets and schedules; liaise with clients and municipalities; mentor junior staff; travel to support regional offices and project sites.

Lead and manage municipal and transportation civil engineering projects from concept to completion. Prepare stamped drawings, specifications, quantity estimates, and tenders.
