Lead deployment, configuration, tuning, and production support of Strategy Customer Managed Cloud on OpenShift. Manage the full contracting lifecycle at the Portsmouth site ensuring compliance with FAR/DEAR and project procedures. Lead contract planning, scheduling, budget oversight, staff supervision and mentoring. Serve as liaison with DOE and senior management, provide technical/administrative guidance, write and review procedures, and promote safety and regulatory compliance across contracting operations.

Author, revise, and validate technical and administrative procedures for Y-12 activities (inspection, testing, metrology, radiography, weld inspection). Ensure compliance with DOE orders, quality manuals, NCS and hazard analyses; coordinate reviews, implement hazard controls, and use TPAT/APAT processes and tools.

Manage a multidisciplinary electrical power and electronics team, oversee facility and machine power systems (480V/240V, switchgear, MCCs, UPS, generators), maintain electrical standards and documentation, support equipment integration and commissioning, lead root-cause analysis, manage vendors/contractors, and drive reliability, safety, and energy-efficiency improvements.

Support Commissioning and Start-Up (CSU) activities at DOE Y-12: test planning, execution, equipment validation, turnover coordination, punch-list tracking, and safety compliance. Prepare test records, participate in walkdowns, coordinate with construction, and support shift/overtime work to meet schedule and cost.

Operate conventional and CNC machine tools to build and repair tooling, gauges, jigs, fixtures, and dies. Read drawings, perform complex setups and measurements, write/edit CNC programs, maintain safety and security compliance, complete required training, and produce parts to specified tolerances.

Lead process/mechanical engineering tasks for a nuclear plutonium processing project, including construction document reviews, P&ID calculations and specifications, mechanical systems design, and coordination of multi-discipline design teams through design, construction, and startup.

Design, analyze, and implement electrical instrumentation and control (I&C) systems for HFIR structures and components. Perform calculations, apply nuclear and electrical codes/standards, prepare specifications, manage configuration control, update material specs, and support procurement and installation of nuclear safety-related components.

Provide occupational medicine clinical support at Los Alamos National Laboratory: assist physicians with treatments, patient disposition, workplace medical issue identification/correction, employee counseling/education, resolve complex clinical problems, and contribute to organizational objectives while planning and executing assigned activities.

Author, revise, and validate technical, administrative, and enterprise procedures for Y-12 activities (dimensional inspection, metrology, material testing, radiography, weld inspection). Ensure compliance with DOE/Y-12 procedure processes (Y15-232/Y15-235), implement hazard controls, coordinate reviews, and verify procedures can be performed as written.

Support HFIR reactor operations by designing, upgrading, and specifying reactor structures, systems, and components. Perform engineering calculations and analyses, apply ASME/ASTM/NQA-1 codes, define acceptance criteria, support material procurement, and execute configuration control for component replacements and modifications.

Provide electrical engineering support for construction and utility projects at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory: define scope, develop specifications and cost estimates, review drawings, oversee design firms, and support construction administration and contractor coordination.

Perform electrical design and drafting using 2D/3D CAD, prepare and check drawings, coordinate with disciplines and vendors, perform material take-offs and electrical calculations, support procurement and construction administration, provide field assistance, and mentor junior drafters.

Lead project controls and EVMS efforts for DOE environmental remediation projects: supervise scheduling, cost estimating and control, baseline development/maintenance, EVMS reporting, funds management, risk/change integration, staff oversight, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure compliance with DOE and contractual requirements.
