Lead deployment, configuration, tuning, and production support of Strategy Customer Managed Cloud on OpenShift. Validate functionality and performance, develop operational procedures and documentation, mentor LANL middleware staff, and collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure a secure, maintainable production environment.

Lead architect for large, complex solutions spanning hardware, software, databases, networking, and telecommunications. Define Lab-wide requirements, design and implement enterprise solutions (often Oracle stack), manage projects end-to-end, provide technical leadership, ensure security and compliance, and coordinate training, documentation, and benefits realization across cross-discipline teams.

Provide Windows-based system administration, configuration, compliance, patching, and troubleshooting for laboratory and fleet automated chemistry equipment; manage GPOs, HBSS/ESS, endpoint security, documentation, SOPs, and support isolated/segmented environments while participating in deployment projects and ensuring systems readiness.
