Guides the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality processes, procedures, and applications. Develops advanced quality concepts, techniques, and standards; addresses complex issues; evaluates situations and data; coordinates across internal and external stakeholders; and independently determines methods to achieve long-term objectives while supporting Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Design, develop, document, and maintain web-based software solutions. Collaborate with customers and teams to gather requirements, implement integrations, perform testing, provide training/support, and mentor others while following Agile/Scrum practices and security/safety policies.

Lead architect for large, complex solutions spanning hardware, software, databases, networking, and telecommunications. Define Lab-wide requirements, design and implement enterprise solutions (often Oracle stack), manage projects end-to-end, provide technical leadership, ensure security and compliance, and coordinate training, documentation, and benefits realization across cross-discipline teams.
