Support maintenance, testing, deployment preparation, and repair of atmospheric instrumentation (AMF2). Manage inventory, shipments, and procurements; follow site safety; collaborate with national lab and research staff; perform field and lab tasks including electronics and network troubleshooting.

Lead planning and control of maintenance and modification work packages: develop step-by-step instructions, estimates, and safety/post-maintenance testing. Implement and close work activities, manage performance data and databases, evaluate and improve processes, maintain maintenance policies, train and mentor junior staff, and prepare and present work control reports.

Perform time-sensitive radiosonde (weather balloon) launches: prepare instruments, inflate and release balloons, collect and analyze atmospheric data, follow safety protocols, collaborate with campaign teams, and work a non-standard schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
