Own the full sales cycle for GelatoConnect and AI Estimator in DACH (Germany primary). Prospect, qualify, and close both high-velocity and consultative enterprise deals using MEDDIC and Challenger methodologies. Manage mixed pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene; use AI tools to accelerate sales; collaborate with Product and Solutions; meet monthly and quarterly quotas.

Lead regional partner lifecycle for Gelato: identify and onboard production partners, run and improve regional operations (availability, speed, quality, selection), shape procurement supplier ecosystem, and use AI to automate work and scale decisions while partnering with Product, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.

Own regional logistics operations end-to-end: monitor performance data and dashboards, manage carrier relationships and costs, resolve shipment issues, design and implement automation and AI-driven workflows, engage with customers and carriers, and translate operational insight into product and platform improvements.
