Administer and support the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, catalog development, workflows, integrations, reporting, upgrades, troubleshooting, and release activities. Develop scalable solutions across SPM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, analytics, automation, and AI capabilities. Lead complex technical work, ensure governance and platform quality, document solutions, mentor administrators, and partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into maintainable ServiceNow solutions.

The role synthesizes insights into recommendations, provides confidential leadership support, manages follow-up activities, and identifies workflow improvements. It requires advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and writing skills, critical thinking, project coordination experience, and preferably healthcare or health insurance experience.

Owns the performance measurement framework and regulatory reporting for G.E.H.A.’s dental and vision programs. Synthesizes operational, network, actuarial, financial, and member data into executive- and OPM-ready dashboards, narratives, and recommendations. Advises leadership on program strategy, vendor performance, regulatory risk, corrective actions, and benefit decisions. Establishes analytical standards, ensures data quality, leads performance investigations, and mentors reporting professionals.

Leads the enterprise vendor lifecycle from strategic sourcing and procurement through contracting, governance, performance management, renewals, and termination. Develops procurement strategies, negotiates complex agreements, manages supplier performance and risk, supports regulatory compliance and audits, and uses AI, automation, and analytics to improve procurement outcomes. The role also leads procurement and vendor management teams and partners with business, technology, legal, compliance, and finance stakeholders.

Leads enterprise quality engineering and DevOps architecture, including Azure DevOps pipelines, CI/CD quality gates, test automation, governance, and AI-assisted testing. Defines SDLC and QA standards, integrates UI, API, performance, and data validation testing, modernizes manual QA practices, and partners with engineering and platform teams on shift-left and shift-right quality. Mentors QA and DevOps engineers, evaluates tools, improves deployment reliability and quality metrics, and establishes quality controls for AI agents and bots.

Design and implement extraction, chunking, vector indexing, and semantic retrieval pipelines for LLMs. Optimize hybrid search, reranking, and RBAC-enabled metadata filtering. Ensure HIPAA/HITRUST-compliant handling of PHI, build evaluation frameworks for retrieval groundedness, and collaborate with architects and developers to deliver context services and hand off validated prototypes.

Design and lead enterprise AI architecture and developer platforms including LLM integration, RAG/agent patterns, vector search, and governance. Enable reusable AI application patterns, ensure HIPAA-compliant PHI handling, collaborate with security and cloud teams, and mentor engineering teams to scale secure, cost-effective AI solutions.
