Manage subscription and contract renewal operations, including renewals data, CRM and ERP systems, installed-base records, processes, reporting, forecasting, purchase orders, invoicing, and customer licensing. The role optimizes workflows, audits data, develops dashboards, evaluates automation, and collaborates with sales, finance, account managers, and channel partners to align renewals performance with business goals.

Provides administrative and operational support to project managers and regional teams. Responsibilities include project reporting, billing and invoicing coordination, procurement support, document management, cash collection, logistics, customer communications, project closeouts, audit support, and maintaining project records. The role also coordinates meetings, tracks project progress and financial milestones, supports onboarding, and ensures project documentation and reporting remain accurate and current.

Leads technical application engineering throughout the Inquiry to Order phase for high-voltage substation and grid projects. Develops technical proposals, single-line diagrams, equipment specifications, cost estimates, scopes, bills of materials, and EPC/EPCI solutions. Performs basic power system studies, supports supplier bids and customer presentations, and collaborates with commercial, sourcing, project management, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Requires expertise in substations, protection and control, SCADA, commissioning, industry standards, and technical proposal management.
