The AWS Cloud Engineer designs, builds, and maintains AWS infrastructure, automates deployments, optimizes services, and produces technical documentation while supporting cloud operations and Agile practices.

Serve as a senior DevSecOps architect for USCG Software Yard: design and automate secure CI/CD and provisioning pipelines, build and maintain MBSE domain architectures, integrate Zero Trust and DISA STIGs, formalize technical standards, provide architectural guidance, map service capabilities, and recommend emerging technologies.

Lead technical modernization and enforce enterprise engineering standards across platform-aligned product teams. Drive application refactoring, CI/CD and release-train management, performance tuning, and technical debt reduction while ensuring compliance with federal security baselines. Collaborate with government leadership, product owners, and vendors; produce engineering documentation, reference architectures, and configuration baselines.

Develop and maintain C# automation to audit, extract, parse, compare, and publish data across multiple datasets and SQL databases. Build automated audit reports, test automation in varied environments, collaborate with QA and development teams to identify and resolve issues, deploy solutions across servers and domains, document processes, and continually improve automation frameworks and practices.

Configure and maintain JIRA (dashboards, workflows, permissions), administer Atlassian apps and plugins, manage backups and scheduled jobs, oversee user access for JIRA/Confluence, and produce incident ticket reporting and analytics for a DISA customer.

The Senior Windows System Administrator will lead Windows environments, ensure system performance, and provide oversight for Windows systems while managing cross-platform support with Linux. This role includes mentorship of team members and enforcing compliance with security standards.
