Manage IAVM across multiple sites, process USCYBERCOM/Air Force cyber orders, run ACAS scans, track remediation, maintain DISA VMS/CMRS and eMASS RMF artifacts to obtain and sustain ATO, manage ITIPS records, and advise leadership on RMF and cybersecurity compliance.

Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using IaC (CloudFormation, Terraform) and automation (Ansible, Python, Bash, PowerShell). Lead design, administration, optimization, security, and lifecycle management of enterprise VMware virtualization and VDI platforms. Build and maintain highly available clusters, perform hardware refreshes and migrations, troubleshoot virtualization, storage, networking, and VDI issues, develop testing and automation (PowerShell/PowerCLI), mentor engineers, and collaborate with infrastructure, storage, networking, and cybersecurity teams to support mission-critical, multi-site operations.

Provide expert engineering and Tier-3 operational support for Palo Alto firewalls and load balancers across DISA CESO; assess and remediate misconfigurations and vulnerabilities, optimize policies, perform recurring security/configuration assessments, monitor device health and traffic, handle escalations, and collaborate with leadership to ensure DoD STIG, DISA, and JSIG compliance.

Configure and maintain JIRA (dashboards, workflows, permissions), administer Atlassian apps and plugins, manage backups and scheduled jobs, oversee user access for JIRA/Confluence, and produce incident ticket reporting and analytics for a DISA customer.

Design, deploy, secure, and sustain ForgeRock/Ping Identity-based IDaaS and ICAM solutions using DevSecOps, CI/CD, configuration-as-code, and automated provisioning. Support SSO, SAML/OAuth2/OIDC, federation, Zero Trust integrations, compliance (DoD/DISA/RMF), hardening, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational documentation to meet ATOs and SLAs.

Administer and sustain enterprise Citrix environments (CVAD, NetScaler), perform patching/upgrades, troubleshoot connectivity and performance across geographies, manage AD integration and access controls, automate tasks with PowerShell, and document configurations while supporting incident and change workflows.

Lead technical strategy and delivery for migrating to a high-security cloud, designing secure APIs, data pipelines, CI/CD/DevSecOps pipelines, and automation. Oversee architecture, release management, observability, and cross-team execution while managing senior engineers, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring predictable Agile delivery.

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops across on-prem and cloud (Azure/AWS). Lead Citrix architecture, automation with PowerShell, DISA/DoD hardening, performance optimization, migrations/upgrades, and user profile management (ProfileUnity/User Layering).
