Leads business and systems analysis for a classified federal IT modernization program. Translates stakeholder needs into requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, data rules, and functional specifications. Manages traceability in Jira, supports Agile ceremonies, testing, integrations, data governance, documentation, and release readiness. Facilitates cross-functional collaboration, resolves priorities and dependencies, establishes analysis standards, and mentors analysts while supporting ServiceNow, AWS, and enterprise integrations.

Owns configuration management and release governance across classified cloud and software environments. Develops baselines, change workflows, deployment and rollback plans, and readiness criteria; coordinates engineering, DevOps, security, infrastructure, testing, and customer teams. Facilitates control boards and release decisions, maintains traceability and audit evidence, partners on CI/CD promotion controls, and improves configuration and release processes.
