Design, develop, test, and maintain secure full-stack applications (UI, APIs, services, data) using Java, JavaScript, Python, and Spring Boot. Implement CI/CD, infrastructure automation (CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible), DevSecOps practices, monitoring, and operational support. Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, automated testing, deployments, and documentation for government/cloud modernization efforts.

Lead overall contract performance across three network sites and a systems integration lab for an Air Force communications program. Act as customer point of contact, supervise contract and subcontract personnel, manage deliverable schedules and program metrics, lead technical coordination, and serve as Property Custodian for Government-furnished equipment.

Manage and sustain a Cisco-based VoIP environment (CUCM, Unity, IM&P, SBCs), develop and troubleshoot SIP trunking, STIG and patch voice infrastructure to DoD compliance, support lab and operational gateway sites, and perform Tier 3 network engineering for an Air Force program onsite at Scott AFB.
