Lead and implement safety culture across commercial, high-tech, mission-critical, and healthcare construction projects. Develop proactive safety strategies, manage risks, ensure OSHA and EH&S compliance through audits, investigate incidents, deliver training, collaborate with teams and regulators, lead safety specialists, and report program performance to owners for continuous improvement.

Provide on-site safety leadership for construction projects: implement site safety plans, conduct JHAs and inspections, deliver training (fall protection, scaffold, forklift/MEWP), support incident investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA and local). Collaborate with project teams to embed safety across project lifecycle.

Support project management and construction teams with document control, cost accounting, scheduling, RFIs, safety compliance, subcontractor coordination, CPM scheduling, CMiC administration, payment applications, and Last Planner System implementation to ensure successful project execution and closeout.

Lead mechanical preconstruction for large commercial and mission-critical projects: review HVAC/plumbing designs, produce mechanical estimates, manage equipment procurement, coordinate vendors/subcontractors, ensure code compliance, and support client/design meetings for smooth project handoffs.

Coordinate and manage the full bid lifecycle: solicit and track subcontractor bids, maintain project schedules and documents, set up projects in estimating platforms, support bid leveling and analysis, communicate with trade partners, identify missing information, and improve estimating processes to drive timely, competitive bids.

Lead and supervise on-site MEP installations for large commercial/data center projects. Serve as the primary MEP contact, coordinate trade partners, enforce safety/OSHA protocols, inspect for code and specification compliance, track progress, mitigate delays, and resolve coordination clashes to ensure timely, high-quality electrical system delivery.

Lead ground-up and renovation commercial construction and data center projects through preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, quality, safety, and closeout. Mentor teams, strengthen client relationships, support business development, and represent the company in industry organizations.

Create and maintain Primavera P6 construction schedules, identify critical paths and impacts, lead scheduling meetings, mentor teams on scheduling tools, produce reports/dashboards, support preconstruction schedules, and recommend recovery strategies to keep projects on track.

Serve as on-site safety representative for construction projects, embedding safety into planning and execution. Conduct JHAs, inspections, risk assessments, training, incident investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance and safety documentation throughout project lifecycles.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Domo, perform SQL-based data modeling and ETL, validate data quality, document metrics and sources, and partner with Finance, Operations, and Project teams to deliver reliable, actionable insights.

Support project management and field operations for a ground-up data center: manage project controls and document systems, coordinate subcontractors and deliveries, track submittals, support QA/QC and safety, review RFIs/drawings, assist change management, schedule adherence, and closeout documentation on a remote, multi-year construction project.

Process bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll using Proliant; maintain employee data in CMiC and Proliant; handle terminations, garnishments, unemployment claims, insurance reconciliations, and benefits support. Partner to improve payroll processes and support open enrollment.
