Create and maintain Primavera P6 construction schedules, identify critical paths and impacts, lead scheduling meetings, mentor teams on scheduling tools, produce reports/dashboards, support preconstruction schedules, and recommend recovery strategies to keep projects on track.

Provide on-site safety leadership for construction projects: implement site safety plans, conduct JHAs and inspections, deliver training (fall protection, scaffold, forklift/MEWP), support incident investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA and local). Collaborate with project teams to embed safety across project lifecycle.

Lead and implement site safety culture for commercial and mission-critical construction projects. Develop proactive safety strategies, manage risks, ensure OSHA/EH&S compliance, investigate incidents, deliver training, lead safety specialists, collaborate with project teams and regulators, and report safety program performance to owners to drive continuous improvement.
