Manage the full contract lifecycle: draft, review, and administer commercial and subcontract agreements, NDAs, purchase orders, and vendor contracts; assess contractual risk; track milestones and compliance; collaborate across operations, procurement, finance, risk, and legal; maintain templates, playbooks, and contract records while recommending process improvements.

Create and maintain Primavera P6 construction schedules, identify critical paths and impacts, lead scheduling meetings, mentor teams on scheduling tools, produce reports/dashboards, support preconstruction schedules, and recommend recovery strategies to keep projects on track.

Provide on-site safety leadership for construction projects: implement site safety plans, conduct JHAs and inspections, deliver training (fall protection, scaffold, forklift/MEWP), support incident investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA and local). Collaborate with project teams to embed safety across project lifecycle.
