Administers and secures servers, networks, storage, operating systems, cloud systems, backups, databases, telephony, and end-user devices. Provides help desk support, troubleshoots hardware and software, performs installations and maintenance, manages Microsoft environments, develops PowerShell and Power Automate automation, and creates technical documentation. Participates in IT projects, supports software and hardware rollouts, maintains system security, and participates in an on-call rotation, including occasional evening and weekend work.

Prepare, review, and oversee corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax returns, tax planning, workpapers, and client engagements. Supervise and train tax staff and interns, research complex tax issues, monitor budgets, communicate with clients and firm leaders, support practice growth, and meet seasonal deadlines. The role requires strong accounting and tax knowledge, analytical judgment, professional communication, and adherence to AICPA and Ohio accountancy standards.

Prepare business valuation reports for companies of various sizes and industries by interviewing management, researching businesses and markets, conducting financial analysis and valuation modeling, applying valuation methodologies, and documenting conclusions. Contribute to practice initiatives, research, and process improvements while pursuing professional designations such as CFA, CPA/ABV, or ASA. Manage multiple engagements, communicate with clients, and meet deadlines, including occasional evenings and weekends.
