Perform user facilitation, propose and implement system solutions, manage small projects, resolve technical issues, ensure change control, mentor junior staff, and communicate with vendors and users to meet business needs and quality standards.

Verify, process, and reconcile accounts payable transactions including PO and non-PO invoices, special checks, e-Payables, ACH/EFT and P-Card payments. Maintain vendor setup/W-9/1099s, perform system audits, resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies, lead AP reconciliations and month-end close tasks, train staff, and oversee AP functions in the manager's absence.

Maintain and administer enterprise communication systems including Openscape platforms, PBX, contact center, voicemail, VoIP/SIP endpoints.
