Support, maintain, and enhance ERP and ancillary systems (primarily Workday) for a healthcare organization. Perform user facilitation, propose and implement system solutions, manage small projects, resolve technical issues, ensure change control, mentor junior staff, and communicate with vendors and users to meet business needs and quality standards.

Manage and direct hospice admissions clinical practice and field teams to maximize same-day/next-day admissions. Oversee care planning, CTI/Face-to-Face compliance, documentation, HIS/QIES reporting, staff supervision, training, scheduling, performance monitoring, referral development, regulatory compliance, and reporting to meet operational and budget goals.

Operates ultrasound equipment to obtain diagnostic images, positions patients, performs sonographic exams and measurements, documents preliminary findings, assists physicians with sterile procedures, manages scheduling/clerical tasks, verifies charge coding, and educates/supervises students and ancillary staff.
