Designs, deploys, and evaluates performance improvement and innovation initiatives across the health system. Leads large-scale strategic projects, develops PI/I training, coaches staff on Lean methods, uses data to measure outcomes and financial impact, and facilitates change management and stakeholder engagement.

Provide neonatology clinical care in the NICU and Well Baby Nursery, consult on deliveries and prenatal care, develop and evaluate protocols, collect and analyze outcomes data, participate in hospital committees, and uphold medical staff bylaws and GBMC values.

Verify, process, and reconcile accounts payable transactions including PO and non-PO invoices, special checks, e-Payables, ACH/EFT and P-Card payments. Maintain vendor setup/W-9/1099s, perform system audits, resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies, lead AP reconciliations and month-end close tasks, train staff, and oversee AP functions in the manager's absence.
