Lead regional franchise operations and merchandising for Asian cuisine programs (sushi, dumplings, pan-Asian). Recruit, train, and coach managers; ensure brand and food-safety compliance; manage P&L, budgets, inventory, audits, and regional growth initiatives; visit stores, generate reports, and drive sales through merchandising and operational improvements.

Manage and coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. Oversee inbound/outbound operations, inventory accuracy, shipment documentation, carrier/3PL coordination, and warehouse teams while enforcing safety and continuous improvement.

Field-based sales role responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing franchise opportunities. Requires frequent travel, in-person meetings, CRM usage, lead generation, financial qualification of prospects, and collaboration with internal teams to onboard new franchisees.

Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for a national network of 1,200+ retail locations, overseeing sourcing (seafood/sushi/frozen), procurement, logistics/3PL, warehouse operations, demand planning, food safety compliance, ERP/WMS optimization, cost management, and team development to ensure product quality, cold chain integrity, and scalable, cost-effective distribution.

Sell franchise opportunities through field-based prospecting, presentations, and relationship-building. Qualify leads, guide prospects through due diligence and agreements, document activity in CRM, meet sales targets, and coordinate onboarding while traveling frequently within assigned territories.
