Provides inbound and outbound support to franchise partners through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Documents, prioritizes, routes, and escalates issues while meeting SLAs. Delivers updates, supports onboarding, monitors open cases, identifies recurring concerns, and coordinates with Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, and leadership. Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and relationship-building skills are essential. Chin and/or Burmese proficiency is strongly preferred.

Manage regional Asian cuisine franchise operations across retail locations, including manager recruitment, coaching, merchandising, inventory, compliance, budgets, P&L, sales growth, and franchisee relationships. Develop operational standards, monitor audits, oversee store visits, support openings and transfers, and collaborate with retailers and merchandisers to improve performance. Frequent regional travel is required.
