Provide full-cycle HR support across corporate, field, warehouse, and retail locations including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll, leave, compliance, HRIS records, training, performance management, offboarding, and HR analytics. Act as first point of contact, coach managers, conduct investigations, maintain documentation, and support engagement and retention initiatives. Travel up to 10-20%.

Own and execute food safety, QA, and regulatory compliance for a business arm across franchise, retail, warehouse, supplier, and field operations. Develop QA programs, lead audits and inspections, manage HACCP, sanitation, labeling, traceability, cold-chain, supplier qualification, incident and recall response, and supervise QA staff. Ensure audit readiness, corrective-action closure, training, and continuous improvement while partnering cross-functionally and reporting on risk and KPIs.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate, field, franchise, warehouse, and specialty-food roles: manage requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, background checks, ATS records, vendor relationships, reporting, and onboarding handoffs while ensuring compliance and employer branding.
