Oversee facility-services construction projects from estimating through closeout, ensuring completion on schedule, within budget, and to safety and quality standards. Manage foremen, superintendents, manpower, materials, documentation, billing, change orders, and customer communications. Monitor progress and costs, support site execution, resolve issues, develop existing-client business, and mentor field personnel while serving as backup to the Senior Project Manager.

Leads and grows GBA’s Site Development Group in the Austin and Round Rock markets. Responsibilities include setting strategy, business development, client relationship management, financial and risk oversight, proposal and contract support, staffing, mentoring, succession planning, and ensuring project quality and profitability. The role requires technical expertise in land development, strong leadership, Texas PE licensure, and the ability to balance engineering, business development, financial, and operational responsibilities.

Designs HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical control systems for pharmaceutical, research, laboratory, warehouse, and office facilities. Prepares construction documents, reviews shop drawings and RFIs, verifies permits and code requirements, supports facility evaluations and engineering studies, and assists with troubleshooting and commissioning. Works collaboratively with senior engineers on fast-paced, multidisciplinary projects.
