Coordinates electrical energization for a mission-critical construction and commissioning project. Responsibilities include sequencing energization activities, leading readiness reviews, reviewing electrical documentation and test records, coordinating LOTO and isolation boundaries, facilitating switching briefings, supporting startup and integrated systems testing, tracking system status, documenting energization events, and escalating risks. Requires mission-critical electrical construction or commissioning experience, knowledge of electrical one-lines and energy-control processes, and strong on-site coordination and documentation skills.

Oversee facility-services construction projects from estimating through closeout, ensuring completion on schedule, within budget, and to safety and quality standards. Manage foremen, superintendents, manpower, materials, documentation, billing, change orders, and customer communications. Monitor progress and costs, support site execution, resolve issues, develop existing-client business, and mentor field personnel while serving as backup to the Senior Project Manager.

Leads and grows GBA’s Site Development Group in the Austin and Round Rock markets. Responsibilities include setting strategy, business development, client relationship management, financial and risk oversight, proposal and contract support, staffing, mentoring, succession planning, and ensuring project quality and profitability. The role requires technical expertise in land development, strong leadership, Texas PE licensure, and the ability to balance engineering, business development, financial, and operational responsibilities.
