Manage full-cycle recruiting for electrical engineering and design roles. Partner with Engineering and Operations leaders on workforce planning, intake, sourcing, candidate evaluation, hiring recommendations, job descriptions, ATS workflows, recruiting metrics, and process improvement. Build relationships with colleges, trade schools, professional associations, sourcing partners, and engineering talent networks while supporting recruiting events and delivering a strong candidate experience.

Designs and engineers electrical projects, prepares and reviews technical drawings and documents, coordinates with internal departments and external consultants, resolves design issues, supports electrical licensing, and ensures compliance with project requirements and NEC standards.

Manages full-cycle recruiting for a territory, including workforce planning, sourcing, candidate and hiring-manager communication, job requisitions, ATS workflows, offers, reporting, recruiting events, and community partnerships. Provides hiring guidance, develops job descriptions, analyzes recruitment metrics, and supports talent acquisition strategy. Requires collaboration with operations and the ability to work in construction-site environments, including travel up to 20% within the territory.
