Serve as first responder for customers using on-prem/customer-cloud AI software: diagnose issues via logs/metrics, own tickets to resolution, coordinate cross-team fixes, build support runbooks, and use observability tools. Work primarily Korean business hours with occasional off-hours availability.

Lead on-site AI engagements for semiconductor partners: scope and run POCs, translate fab workflows into scalable AI products, drive pilot-to-production rollouts, ensure adoption, and lead a small team of forward-deployed engineers while coordinating with cross-functional AI, data, and software teams.

The Senior Data Scientist will lead the development of AI solutions for manufacturing, analyze data, interact with customers, and collaborate with teams to design innovative products.
