Combines people management with hands-on technical judgment, guiding problem framing, analytical and modeling approaches, technical reviews, and delivery plans. Partners with Product, AI/ML, Engineering, SRE, Team Leads, and customer-facing teams to deliver reliable solutions, manage risks, improve team practices, and support hiring and career development.

Own the full lifecycle of scalable, reliable software systems, from design and implementation through production operation. Translate requirements into delivery plans, coordinate cross-team interfaces and dependencies, lead releases, resolve incidents, improve testing and CI/CD, review code and designs, document technical decisions, and mentor engineers. The role may also involve production ML systems, event streaming, large databases, Kubernetes, and industrial or semiconductor data.
