Independently manage talent acquisition in Korea while coordinating recruiting agencies and stakeholders in the US and Korea. Develop sourcing strategies, market maps, job postings, candidate pipelines, and talent networks for AI, machine learning, data science, and software engineering roles. Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, recruiting documentation, applicant tracking, and the full hiring process while delivering a positive candidate experience.
