Leads Gaudenzia’s fundraising and development operations, including grant writing, foundation prospecting, donor stewardship, gift and grant reporting, database governance, and fundraising technology. Builds private-sector partnerships, coordinates proposal development, tracks grant opportunities, supports philanthropic strategy, and collaborates with executive, accounting, and program teams. The role also manages development-related workflows and represents the agency at external events. Requires 25% regional travel.

Conduct biopsychosocial, mental health, substance use, and risk assessments; determine appropriate levels of care; develop treatment recommendations; coordinate admissions and referrals; provide crisis support; collaborate with care teams; educate clients and families; and maintain compliant clinical documentation under HIPAA and accreditation standards.

Provides regional clinical leadership across behavioral health and substance use disorder programs. Oversees clinical quality, audits, documentation, care coordination, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, staffing, training, and licensed clinical personnel. Ensures evidence-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive treatment across ASAM levels of care while coordinating with executive leaders, medical teams, payers, referral partners, and regulators.

Oversee two residential substance use disorder treatment programs, including staffing, training, budgets, census, daily operations, safety, licensing, accreditation, quality improvement, community and regulatory relationships, clinical scheduling, staff meetings, and multidisciplinary treatment leadership.

Oversee overnight nursing staff and daily medical operations in a substance use and mental health treatment facility. Complete or supervise assessments, medication administration, health screenings, referrals, documentation, inventory, infection control, and regulatory compliance. Train and mentor nursing staff, coordinate multidisciplinary care, provide health education, and assume Nurse Manager duties when designated. The role requires weekend, holiday, and inclement-weather coverage.

Provide nursing support for clients in substance use and mental health stabilization programs. Duties include admissions assessments, medication administration/supervision, care coordination, client education, infection control, supply management, and participation in treatment team meetings. PRN role requiring flexibility, rotating weekends, holiday coverage, and minimum three shifts per month.

Supervise and perform clinical reviews for SUD treatment authorizations, ensure compliance with utilization management and regulatory guidelines, maintain authorization records, provide training and quality improvement support, and liaise with providers and funding agencies.

Oversee day-to-day functioning of the Assessment Unit, maintain assessment procedures and records, perform client assessments using tools (e.g., PCPC), coordinate referrals and funding sources, liaise with internal/external referral and regulatory agencies, and ensure appropriate program placements while supporting program census and paper flow.

Provide comprehensive case management for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders: intake, treatment and discharge planning, resource coordination, progress notes, benefits and medical appointment coordination, follow-up after discharge, and compliance with regulations. Provide clinical leadership for two residential substance use and mental health programs: oversee nursing staff and EHR/documentation, ensure regulatory and medication administration compliance, support MAT, manage staffing/schedules/budgeting, lead quality improvement, staff development, recruitment, and interdisciplinary coordination. Minimal bedside care; on-site coverage required including weekends, holidays, and inclement weather.
