Lead nursing operations for a substance use and co-occurring disorders treatment program. Ensure regulatory and medication-management compliance, oversee EHR/documentation, supervise and develop nursing staff, manage staffing schedules and budget participation, lead quality-improvement initiatives, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and provide direct leadership coverage during shifts, shortages, holidays, and inclement weather.

Conduct biopsychosocial, mental health, and substance use assessments; perform risk assessments; determine level of care (e.g., ASAM); develop treatment recommendations; coordinate admissions; provide crisis intervention; document in EHR; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facilitate referrals to community resources while maintaining HIPAA and licensing compliance.

Provide on-site, part-time medical care for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Conduct assessments, manage primary and acute care, order and monitor medications, promote and prescribe medication-assisted treatment, participate in treatment team meetings, and make referrals. Requires in-person availability at Erie, PA programs and up to 25 hours/week.

Perform level-of-care assessments and clinical intakes for individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders, using ASAM criteria. Complete face-to-face/virtual/telephonic interviews, document assessments, referrals, funding approvals in the EHR and PA WITS, coordinate with payors and community resources, and follow regulatory documentation and follow-up requirements.

Provide regional clinical and operational leadership for nursing across multiple behavioral health sites. Standardize nursing practices, ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness, lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, manage staffing models and budgets, mentor nursing leaders, and support interdisciplinary collaboration and site-level operational response.

Provide case management and counseling for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Manage caseloads, conduct intakes, complete progress notes within 24 hours, coordinate treatment and discharge plans, connect clients to benefits, medical and vocational services, maintain provider relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and perform related administrative and physical duties. Level-specific supervisory duties may apply.

Provide administrative support for an outpatient program: maintain confidential client and program records, collect payments, manage databases and filing, prepare reports, coordinate communications with staff and community resources, handle calls/voicemail, assist with IT/maintenance tickets and facility tasks, order supplies, record meeting minutes, and perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director.

Coordinate daily operations of SUD and HIV grant-funded programs, support admissions, outreach, client engagement, documentation, grant compliance, reporting, and quality improvement while collaborating with clinical, medical, and administrative teams.

Provide comprehensive case management for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders: intake, treatment and discharge planning, resource coordination, progress notes, benefits and medical appointment coordination, follow-up after discharge, and compliance with regulations. Maintain caseloads, collaborate with staff and community providers, and support client goal attainment.

Provide nursing care and assessments for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Administer and supervise medications, maintain supplies and records, arrange medical appointments, deliver health education and implement infection control. Participate in treatment teams, events, and trainings. Work rotating shifts, weekends, and PRN as required.

Provide case management and counseling to clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders: conduct intakes, maintain caseloads, coordinate treatment and community resources, complete progress notes, arrange benefits and medical appointments, develop discharge plans, and maintain follow-up contact to ensure continuity of care while complying with regulations.

Provide nursing care for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, including intake assessments, medication administration/supervision, health education, infection control, care coordination, recordkeeping, and participation in multidisciplinary treatment teams. Work rotating 3rd shift and PRN coverage, maintain licensure and CPR, and support program events and trainings.

Provide mentorship, advocacy, and flexible peer support to individuals recovering from substance use disorder. Develop individualized recovery plans, connect clients to community resources, accompany clients to appointments, monitor urinalysis as needed, attend treatment team meetings, and maintain professional boundaries and accurate records.

Provide clinical leadership and supervision of nursing staff in a substance use and co-occurring disorders treatment setting. Ensure regulatory and medication administration compliance, oversee EHR documentation, support MAT, recruit and train staff, manage schedules and budget input, lead quality improvement, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and maintain high standards of patient care and staff development.

Provide nursing care in behavioral health/substance use treatment: admission assessments, med administration/supervision, health education, infection control, care coordination, supply management, and participation in treatment team meetings across rotating shifts.

Provide nursing support for clients receiving substance use disorder and mental health stabilization care. Perform initial assessments, medication administration and supervision, coordinate medical appointments, maintain supplies and documentation in EMR, participate in treatment teams, deliver health education, and follow infection control and agency policies. PRN role requiring minimum shift coverage and rotating weekends/holidays.

Provide clinical supervision to counselors and therapists in a substance use disorder program, develop and deliver staff training, monitor treatment schedules and documentation, intervene in complex cases and approve referrals, oversee aftercare, maintain a small client caseload when needed, and act in the Director's absence while ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory standards.
