Leads the full financial lifecycle of grant awards, including budgeting, accounting, billing, reconciliations, compliance, audits, reporting, and closeout. Partners with executive, finance, program, compliance, and grant development teams to improve transparency, utilization, forecasting, and performance. Manages grant finance staff, oversees invoices and accounts receivable, provides variance analysis, and supports funding negotiations and regulatory compliance.

Researches, writes, edits, submits, and tracks grant proposals for federal, state, local, and private funders. Collaborates with internal stakeholders on proposal planning, goals, budgets, reporting requirements, and grant outcomes. Maintains grant calendars and databases, conducts funder follow-up, supports post-award reporting, and develops compelling cases for support using agency data and knowledge of substance use disorder treatment.
