Lead nursing operations for a substance use and co-occurring disorders treatment program. Ensure regulatory and medication-management compliance, oversee EHR/documentation, supervise and develop nursing staff, manage staffing schedules and budget participation, lead quality-improvement initiatives, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and provide direct leadership coverage during shifts, shortages, holidays, and inclement weather.

Conduct biopsychosocial, mental health, and substance use assessments; perform risk assessments; determine level of care (e.g., ASAM); develop treatment recommendations; coordinate admissions; provide crisis intervention; document in EHR; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facilitate referrals to community resources while maintaining HIPAA and licensing compliance.

Provide on-site, part-time medical care for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Conduct assessments, manage primary and acute care, order and monitor medications, promote and prescribe medication-assisted treatment, participate in treatment team meetings, and make referrals. Requires in-person availability at Erie, PA programs and up to 25 hours/week.
