Provide nursing support for clients in substance use and mental health stabilization programs. Duties include admissions assessments, medication administration/supervision, care coordination, client education, infection control, supply management, and participation in treatment team meetings. PRN role requiring flexibility, rotating weekends, holiday coverage, and minimum three shifts per month.

Provide case management for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders: conduct intakes, maintain caseloads, coordinate treatment and community resources, document progress notes within 24 hours, arrange benefits and medical/psychiatric appointments, develop discharge plans, supervise/admin duties, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Provide administrative support at a treatment facility: maintain confidential client and program records, manage client funds, prepare reports, handle reception and phone duties, coordinate supplies and community resources, assist with IT/maintenance tickets, record meeting minutes, and support the Program Director as assigned.
