Provide nursing care in behavioral health/substance use treatment: admission assessments, med administration/supervision, health education, infection control, care coordination, supply management, and participation in treatment team meetings across rotating shifts.

Provide clinical leadership for two residential substance use and mental health programs: oversee nursing staff and EHR/documentation, ensure regulatory and medication administration compliance, support MAT, manage staffing/schedules/budgeting, lead quality improvement, staff development, recruitment, and interdisciplinary coordination. Minimal bedside care; on-site coverage required including weekends, holidays, and inclement weather.

Oversee shift nursing operations in a behavioral health/substance use disorder unit. Provide clinical leadership, staff assignment and mentorship, ensure medication safety, regulatory compliance, EHR documentation, care coordination, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Serve as liaison to leadership and assume Nurse Manager duties when designated. Required to work every other weekend and specified holiday coverage.
