Manage and grow a portfolio of shipper accounts for a logistics firm. Serve as the primary customer contact from onboarding through ongoing service, develop relationships with decision-makers, provide customized freight solutions, coordinate carrier sourcing and operations, negotiate with carriers, track shipments, and ensure pickup, delivery, and communication standards are met.

Manage the end-to-end carrier process for assigned freight, including sourcing and vetting carriers, negotiating rates, booking loads, tracking shipments, and coordinating updates. Build carrier relationships and reliable lane coverage, secure backup carriers, resolve shipment issues, and communicate with sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders. The role requires in-office availability Monday through Friday, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Complete six months of paid logistics sales training, prospect and generate leads, present supply chain solutions, monitor market trends, offer competitive rates, and grow a book of business. Successful representatives may eventually add Operations Specialists to their teams. The role is fully in-office, Monday through Friday, in Cincinnati, Ohio, with uncapped commission and paid training.
