Manage the end-to-end carrier process for assigned freight, including sourcing, vetting, negotiating, booking, tracking, and delivery coordination. Build carrier relationships and coverage capacity, secure backup carriers, resolve shipment issues, and provide timely updates to sales teams and customers. The role requires prioritizing freight needs, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining service levels while working primarily on-site with occasional after-hours availability.
