Coordinates end-to-end freight operations, including sourcing and vetting carriers, negotiating rates, booking loads, tracking shipments, and managing carrier relationships. Builds dependable carrier capacity, provides status updates to internal sales teams and customers, secures backup carriers, and resolves shipment issues from dispatch through delivery. The role requires prioritizing freight coverage, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and working on-site with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
