Manages the relationship between an airline customer and the operational unit, ensuring service delivery, quality, inventory accuracy, billing, compliance, and KPI performance. Coordinates customer requirements, special events, specification changes, audits, delay resolution, root-cause analysis, purchasing support, and invoice accuracy. Communicates customer goals internally, reports account activity to leadership, and drives continuous improvement while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Manages full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for hourly union personnel, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, reference checks, and pre-employment compliance. Partners with HR and operations on workforce planning, job requirements, manager coaching, training, recruiting partnerships, applicant data maintenance, and reporting. Requires strong interviewing, employment-law knowledge, communication, organization, relationship-building, analytical, and computer skills.

Serves as an HR business partner to flight kitchen leadership, supporting workforce planning, recruiting, employee and labor relations, policy interpretation, compliance, training, investigations, reporting, and employee retention. Advises management on employment law, EEO, Title VII, union grievances, and organizational needs. The role requires strong communication, leadership, analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced production kitchen environment.
