Acts as an HR business partner to unit General Managers, implementing HR strategies, supporting union and labor relations, resolving grievances, recruiting, managing employee relations, advising on employment law and compliance, and supporting training, retention, and workforce planning. The role requires managing HR staff, investigating employment claims, interpreting policies, and traveling between assigned units as needed.

Lead unit-level financial reporting, controls, and analysis for regions generating >$50M revenue. Oversee month-end reporting, budgeting, internal controls testing, KPI development, cost control initiatives, and support pricing and profitability analysis.

Perform and monitor quality and food safety systems (GMP, SOP, HACCP); audit operations and regulatory/customer compliance; coordinate corrective actions and improvement projects; train staff on SOPs and critical control points; maintain quality metrics and act as liaison to US Quality Assurance. Support audits, develop procedures, and drive defect prevention.
