Provide general operational support in a travel and hospitality setting, helping improve customer journeys and culinary experiences by assisting guests and teammates to deliver memorable service.

Handle passenger claims and pre-order inquiries across email/CRM/ticketing systems. Triage, investigate, and coordinate with Payments, Logistics, IT, and Finance to resolve refunds, replacements, and order issues. Maintain case records, report on incidents, identify recurring problems, and ensure SLA compliance. Support preorder validation, updates, cancellations, and integration with invoicing and dispatch.

As an Equipment Assembler, you will assemble beverages and other non-food items for flights, work various shifts, and maintain communication with the team.
