Serves as an HR business partner to flight kitchen leadership, supporting workforce planning, recruiting, employee and labor relations, policy interpretation, compliance, training, investigations, reporting, and employee retention. Advises management on employment law, EEO, Title VII, union grievances, and organizational needs. The role requires strong communication, leadership, analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced production kitchen environment.

Serve as the central contact for new hires in unit-based kitchens: schedule and facilitate orientation, conduct tours and introductions, assign mentors, ensure two-week training plans, lead new-employee assessments, coordinate performance reviews, document processes, and collaborate with operations and HR management. Role requires on-site presence and varied schedule.

Leads strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement, negotiations, and vendor onboarding for North American lounges. Develops category and supplier strategies for food, beverages, equipment, supplies, and services while optimizing cost, quality, compliance, and guest experience. Manages supplier networks, scorecards, business reviews, risk mitigation, forecasting, regulatory compliance, and support for new lounge openings. Collaborates with operations, culinary, finance, quality, and procurement stakeholders.
