Maintains and improves IT processes within ServiceNow, including demand management, project quality assurance, resource planning, KPI reporting, financial tracking, and process documentation. The role monitors compliance, resolves data discrepancies, coordinates corrective actions, develops dashboards and reports, and supports training and user adoption. It collaborates with IT stakeholders, project managers, Finance, and ServiceNow support teams to improve governance, data quality, and operational effectiveness.

Manages regional business applications across their full lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, optimization, support, governance, compliance, vendor relationships, SLAs, budgets, and decommissioning. Coordinates with business stakeholders, global IT, service teams, and external providers across LATAM. Leads application projects and change management, ensures alignment with enterprise standards, improves system performance, and supports users through documentation, training, and issue escalation.

Provides administrative and clerical support to office and operations teams, including correspondence, billing and accounts payable assistance, customer requests, supply ordering, mail distribution, filing, telephone routing, and document organization. The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, communication, time management, organization, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
