Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical components using CAD (SolidWorks); generate BOMs; perform QC to prints; conduct site visits to verify specifications; collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure manufacturability, compliance, and issue resolution throughout design and production.

Perform welding and metal fabrication tasks (shearing, bending, burning), operate cranes and forklifts, maintain equipment, read blueprints, follow safety and production schedules, and keep a clean work area.

Operate and program CNC lathes to produce precision metal parts from steel, aluminum, plastic and other materials. Read blueprints, set up workpieces, select tools, determine speeds/feeds, measure with precision instruments, verify tolerances, and modify programs to meet specifications.

Designs, programs, and troubleshoots electrical and control systems (PLC/HMI/SCADA, VFDs, motion control). Develops control programs, panel layouts, BOMs, and wiring schematics. Performs startup, debugging, and field diagnostics; supports customers on-site and off-site. Works with mechanical team on sequences and layouts, writes operations manuals, and troubleshoots communication networks (Ethernet/IP, Remote I/O, Profibus).

Operate lathes, milling machines, grinders and drill presses to produce precision metal parts per blueprints. Select tools, set speeds/feeds, position and lubricate workpieces, measure with micrometers and calipers, inspect tolerances, replace cutting tools, and run/modify computer-controlled programs. Work with steel, aluminum, plastics; ensure parts meet specifications. Requires physical lifting up to 50 lbs and extensive walking/standing.

Operate CNC horizontal and vertical mills to produce precision metal parts. Read blueprints, set up workpieces, select tools, determine speeds/feeds, modify programs, and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers and dial indicators to ensure tolerance and quality.
