Manage accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, reconciliations, and payroll processing. Support HR tasks (PTO tracking, benefits, COBRA, open enrollment), petty cash, and general front-office operations. Perform general ledger entries, payroll reporting, and related accounting duties to ensure professional office operation.

Lead tooling design for new and existing jobs, evaluate customer drawings, resolve design issues, provide technical assistance, research tooling concepts, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and coordinate between departments to improve manufacturing efficiency.
