Lead and deliver internal and external communications to embed the A‑Gas transformation narrative. Manage group channels (social, website, intranet), create content and campaigns, support executive and senior stakeholders, drive employee engagement, ensure GDPR/compliance alignment, and lead a small communications team across a global/matrixed organisation.

Structured trainee role providing hands-on technical sales experience in PCB/EIF materials. Support customer engagement, technical and project support, sales operations, and application assistance while learning under mentorship and contributing to sales pipeline development.

Serve as the voice of the customer to define and prioritize product backlog, create roadmaps and release plans, guide agile teams through sprint planning and ceremonies, analyze feedback and metrics, coordinate launches/trials, and drive continuous product improvement with stakeholders and suppliers.

Manage and coordinate construction and commissioning phases of engineering design-and-build projects, ensuring safety, regulatory and operational compliance. Coordinate UK design team, local site engineering and contractors, track budgets/timelines, manage technical deliverables, and apply project management methodologies and tools within chemical processing environments.

Prepare DSEAR and ATEX-compliant low-voltage electrical and controls designs and subcontract technical packages for capital projects across EU sites. Support local engineering teams, perform wiring inspections against ATEX, snag and fix issues, coordinate contractors, read P&ID drawings, and assist with construction and commissioning activities using AutoCAD Electrical and control/SCADA systems.

Serve as Finance Business Partner for Commercial and Site teams, delivering financial insights, business analysis, and strategic support. Drive financial performance, support operational decision-making, represent Finance in cross-functional and leadership meetings, and provide site-level financial guidance to the Head of Site. Travel to other A-Gas locations as needed.

Lead and grow the Rapid Recovery gas acquisition business across BeNeLux, owning P&L, driving sales performance, managing distributor/contractor relationships, meeting commercial and operational targets, and frequently traveling to clients and offices.
