Designs and evolves secure, resilient IT and OT infrastructure and network architectures. The role eliminates single points of failure, strengthens business continuity, identifies and mitigates cyber vulnerabilities, validates managed service provider remediation, and protects manufacturing systems, legacy operating systems, and critical business products. Responsibilities include Microsoft and VMware infrastructure, redundant networking, security controls, scripting automation, and collaboration with OT engineers and product owners.

Lead development, implementation and optimisation of A‑Gas's global compensation and benefits strategy. Partner with executive and regional teams to design incentives, pay-for-performance frameworks, benchmarking, job architecture and reward transformation. Ensure governance, compliance and analytics, support Remuneration Committees, and deliver hands-on reward solutions across regions.

Prepare DSEAR and ATEX-compliant low-voltage electrical and controls designs and subcontract technical packages for capital projects across EU sites. Support local engineering teams, perform wiring inspections against ATEX, snag and fix issues, coordinate contractors, read P&ID drawings, and assist with construction and commissioning activities using AutoCAD Electrical and control/SCADA systems.
