Teams at A-Gas

Leads group-wide financial planning, forecasting, performance management, scenario analysis, and decision support. Partners with the CFO, executive team, and senior leaders to translate strategy into financial plans, challenge assumptions, and guide investment and value-creation decisions. Establishes consistent planning and reporting disciplines across international entities, improves management information, and builds a high-performing FP&A function. The role also drives process improvements, technology adoption, and commercially focused insight across the business.

Design and strengthen secure, resilient IT and OT infrastructure, network architectures, and business continuity strategies. Identify and mitigate cyber vulnerabilities, eliminate single points of failure, and validate remediation delivered by managed service providers. Collaborate with OT engineers and product owners to protect manufacturing systems, legacy operating systems, and critical business products. Apply Microsoft, VMware, networking, security, scripting, automation, and cybersecurity framework expertise.
