Lead and coach a regional sales team to meet volume, margin, and profit targets. Own key accounts, develop and execute account plans, analyze performance data, resolve issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and track KPIs to drive new business and improve customer service.

Manage and grow assigned customer accounts while prospecting new business. Serve as primary customer contact, resolve issues, collaborate with internal teams, use Salesforce/Power BI and inventory/logistics systems, prepare sales presentations and reports, and help meet sales volume and revenue targets.

Provide administrative support to the production/operations team: process orders, production, shipping, invoicing, and production documentation. Verify, file, and reconcile production transactions and inventories. Serve as a resource for department questions and perform routine office tasks accurately and timely.

Supervise and schedule warehouse/cooler staff to ensure accurate, timely load-outs and inventory levels. Coordinate with production, sales, and vendors to resolve discrepancies. Enforce safety, food-quality procedures, maintain records, manage performance and HR issues, and drive operational efficiencies and SOP improvements.
