Provides broad HR support including payroll administration, recruiting, onboarding, benefits enrollment, leave management, employee record maintenance, training coordination, unemployment claims, and employee engagement. Handles confidential personnel information, responds to HR inquiries, supports employment-law compliance, and coordinates with staffing agencies and management. The role requires regular floor and distribution-area presence and occasional off-shift work for events, training, and engagement activities.

Oversee daily production operations, supervise managers and staff, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance (GMP), develop SOPs, improve efficiency and contain costs, manage staffing and performance, prepare reports, and support plant inspections.
