Manage assigned K-12 and institutional accounts, resolve customer inquiries, identify growth opportunities, support cross-sell and prospecting, deliver sales presentations, maintain CRM and sales pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, and meet sales and revenue targets.

Oversee daily production operations, supervise managers and staff, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance (GMP), develop SOPs, improve efficiency and contain costs, manage staffing and performance, prepare reports, and support plant inspections.
