Provide HR generalist support including recruiting, onboarding, payroll/termination transactions, leave management, benefits enrollment, personnel file maintenance, responding to employee inquiries, coordinating training and employee engagement, and completing unemployment claims. Handle confidential records and ensure compliance with employment law and required postings.

Coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer orders and forecasts, manage material availability and SAP master data, produce reports, collaborate with purchasing, production and customer service, identify and resolve schedule deviations, support inventory and planning goals, and ensure GMP, food safety and workplace safety compliance.

Provide administrative support to the production/operations team: process orders, production, shipping, invoicing, and production documentation. Verify, file, and reconcile production transactions and inventories. Serve as a resource for department questions and perform routine office tasks accurately and timely.
