This internship provides broad exposure to a farmer-owned cooperative through remote professional development and on-site rotations. Interns support data entry, reporting, event planning, marketing, and operational projects while gaining experience across Grain, Agronomy, Petroleum, and Administration. Responsibilities include shadowing staff, attending customer meetings, assisting with daily operations, and supporting harvest scale and accounting processes. Mentorship, leadership engagement, and career-readiness activities are included.

Operate and maintain crop production equipment: blend/load fertilizers and chemicals, dispense and weigh shuttles, deliver products to customers, perform routine equipment maintenance and facility housekeeping, follow safety and company policies, and provide basic customer service.

Manage daily operations of a grain rail terminal including supervising staff, coordinating rail car loading/unloading, ensuring grain quality and storage, conducting safety and maintenance, liaising with railroad and inspectors, and delivering strong customer service.
