Drives adoption and value realization of AI/ML models across Gap Inc. brands. Manages stakeholder relationships, creates model explainability materials, coordinates A/B tests, builds adoption dashboards, measures business impact, diagnoses adoption barriers, and integrates model recommendations into merchandising, planning, sourcing, and costing workflows. The role also delivers executive communications, trains business users, and partners with data science and engineering teams on workflow enablement and continuous improvement.

Owns delivery of a defined portion of the Indigo X AI roadmap. Translates strategic priorities into initiative plans, coordinates cross-functional product, business, technology, and data teams, and manages execution, dependencies, risks, milestones, and decisions. Defines pilot success measures, supports stage-gate reviews, evaluates learnings, and recommends whether initiatives should iterate, scale, or stop. Communicates progress and outcomes to leadership while evaluating opportunities based on business value, feasibility, readiness, and strategic alignment.
