The first BizOps hire will work directly with the founders on pricing, revenue modeling, activation analytics, sales operations, recruiting, growth, and other high-priority initiatives. Responsibilities include building AI agents for customers and internal use, tracking company metrics, managing operating cadence, turning analysis into recommendations, and driving unowned projects to completion. The role is fully in-office in San Francisco.

Founding Office Manager/Ops Generalist responsible for facilities and vendor management, people ops (onboarding/offboarding, HRIS, benefits), recruiting coordination, finance/admin (invoices, cards, purchasing), culture/events, and ad-hoc operational projects to keep a fast-paced startup running.

First dedicated GTM hire responsible for customer activation, onboarding, building agents and workflows with customers, driving account expansion, feeding product insights, and running occasional outbound sales. Works closely with customers to deliver value and influence product roadmap.
