Lead embedded firmware engineering as both a hands-on technical SME and people manager. Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors; drive design reviews, firmware development, hardware bring-up, code reviews, defect troubleshooting, and process improvements to deliver rugged smart protection products on schedule and budget.
