Create production-ready 2D mechanical, electrical, cable, wiring harness, fabrication, and assembly drawings from 3D CAD models. Apply GD&T, dimensions, wire specifications, pinouts, BOMs, and revision controls. Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to resolve discrepancies, process ECOs and ECNs, maintain CAD and engineering document libraries, and support manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and product development.

Designs and leads human-machine integration experiments; develops data-processing procedures, algorithms, simulation content, and machine-learning models. Leads global SIOP and master scheduling across manufacturing sites, aligning demand, capacity, materials, labor, tooling, and customer delivery commitments. Owns capacity planning, scenario analysis, ERP/MRP planning data, NPI integration, and standardized planning processes. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, program management, sales, and supply chain leadership, providing executive recommendations on capacity investments, constraints, outsourcing, and delivery risks. Drives KPIs, forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, capacity utilization, service levels, and continuous operational improvement.

Manufacturing operators perform assembly, cutting, drilling, finishing, molding, painting, stapling, and trimming of ballistic helmet products. They follow work instructions and safety procedures, inspect products for cosmetic defects, track materials using labels and systems, and operate computers and machine programs. The role requires attention to detail, basic math, teamwork, physical stamina for eight-hour shifts, and the ability to lift or move materials and finished products.

Lead electronics design for rugged wearable protection products: capture requirements, design schematics and PCB layouts, prototype and test boards, perform high-speed signal validation, manage suppliers, collaborate with mechanical and software teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead and optimize manufacturing processes for ballistic helmets and protective systems: develop composite fabrication methods, improve yield and cycle times, implement SPC and process controls, support NPI and testing, design tooling, drive root-cause analysis, evaluate automation, and mentor production teams to ensure compliance and ballistic performance.

Lead a multi-site, multi-discipline engineering organization to deliver and sustain defense-grade wearable and electronic products. Oversee product development, transition to production, staffing, training, configuration control, DFM/DTUPC, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget execution and continuous improvement.

Lead and own Quality Management System across multiple U.S. sites, drive continuous improvement, manage audits (ISO/customer/regulatory), oversee supplier and manufacturing quality, lead RCCA/CAPA, train and manage QA teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements including ITAR/FAR.

Plans, executes, and documents verification and validation testing for battery-powered electromechanical systems. Develops test plans, procedures, fixtures, and instrumentation; performs functional, environmental, durability, and reliability testing; analyzes failures and supports corrective actions. Validates electronics, sensors, communications modules, and mechanical assemblies against performance and military standards. Maintains traceability documentation and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program teams on prototypes, production transition, test automation, and reliability improvements.

Design mechanical components, assemblies, and electro-mechanical systems using SolidWorks. Create drawings (GD&T), BOMs, perform structural/thermal analyses, prototype and test, apply DFM, collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and support sustaining engineering.

Manage site manufacturing plans, inventory, stockroom, shipping/receiving, and ERP/MRP transactions. Supervise stockroom personnel, ensure material availability, maintain traceability/serialization, analyze schedules and inventory, and lead lean improvement initiatives to meet customer delivery commitments.

Lead development and lifecycle management of military helmet and integrated head protection systems. Own product configurations, BOMs, TDPs, specifications, validation plans, and technical documentation. Lead cross-functional teams through NPI, DFM/DTC, testing/prototyping, cost and quality improvements, and customer/ stakeholder technical support.

Lead cross-functional development and lifecycle management of electrical power and integrated helmet systems for military markets. Own product configuration, BOM, test/validation plans, DFM/DfX and DTC efforts, coordinate technical project delivery, support manufacturing introduction, ensure compliance with military and industry standards, and provide customer and supplier technical interface with frequent travel.
