Create production-ready 2D mechanical, electrical, cable, wiring harness, fabrication, and assembly drawings from 3D CAD models. Apply GD&T, dimensions, wire specifications, pinouts, BOMs, and revision controls. Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to resolve discrepancies, process ECOs and ECNs, maintain CAD and engineering document libraries, and support manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and product development.

Provide hands-on cybersecurity guidance for embedded hardware and software systems used in defense technology. Partner with engineers on security-by-design, Secure Boot, code signing, key management, STIG/SRG compliance, SBOM processes, vulnerability remediation, supply-chain security, and NIST controls. Support system accreditation while balancing security with embedded-system constraints such as power, weight, processing capacity, and latency. The role is on-site in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, with occasional travel.

Designs and leads human-machine integration experiments; develops data-processing procedures, algorithms, simulation content, and machine-learning models. Operates advanced laboratory equipment, analyzes human and systems data, validates and deploys models, and translates findings into product insights. Collaborates with engineers, human factors specialists, stakeholders, and customers to resolve performance issues and support evaluations. Work includes hands-on laboratory activities, equipment operation, military user evaluations, and potential international travel.
