Owns standard costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing cost analysis, variance reporting, and cost accounting controls across three manufacturing sites. Partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and FP&A on product costing, new product introductions, budgeting, forecasting, cost reduction, and operational performance. Supports month-end close, ERP costing processes, inventory controls, and financial analysis while supervising accounting teams.

Leads global SIOP and master scheduling across manufacturing sites, aligning demand, capacity, materials, labor, tooling, and customer delivery commitments. Owns capacity planning, scenario analysis, ERP/MRP planning data, NPI integration, and standardized planning processes. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, program management, sales, and supply chain leadership, providing executive recommendations on capacity investments, constraints, outsourcing, and delivery risks. Drives KPIs, forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, capacity utilization, service levels, and continuous operational improvement.

Lead and optimize manufacturing processes for ballistic helmets and protective systems: develop composite fabrication methods, improve yield and cycle times, implement SPC and process controls, support NPI and testing, design tooling, drive root-cause analysis, evaluate automation, and mentor production teams to ensure compliance and ballistic performance.
