Own digital commerce product strategy from customer discovery through launch. Own a portfolio of product initiatives from opportunity identification through launch and evaluation. Size markets, build business cases, prioritize investments, define success metrics, validate customer needs, and guide products through development. Partner with engineering, design, research, and senior stakeholders while engaging enterprise clients and early adopters. Apply behavioral data and hands-on AI experience, including LLM tools and APIs, to drive product adoption, growth, ROI, and measurable customer value.

Design, prototype, and deliver full-stack product features from database schemas and APIs through user interfaces and deployment. Build scalable Node.js and Python backends, modern JavaScript front ends, cloud-native AWS systems, and secure integrations. Experiment with AI technologies including LLMs, embeddings, and agents, using performance data to guide recommendations. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, architecture decisions, debugging, optimization, and production delivery.
