Lead multi-platform content strategy and production for @cocktails: create platform-native video, ideate data-informed concepts, analyze performance to iterate, mentor the Content Creator, and grow audience and brand presence across social channels.

Manage talent and influencer partnerships across branded content, editorial, and experiential initiatives. Source and recommend creators, negotiate fees and contracts, handle booking logistics, maintain talent databases, and coordinate on-site talent for events and productions. Build and sustain relationships with publicists, agents, and managers while collaborating with Sales, Editorial, Production, Social, and Events teams to integrate talent into campaigns and activations.

Lead strategic vision and creative stewardship for complex client accounts. Translate cultural insights into platform-native campaigns, present to senior clients, mentor cross-functional teams, and optimize creative operations for scalable, measurable outcomes.

Lead cross-functional project delivery for brand creative and social content, owning project lifecycle from requirements, budgets, SOWs and timelines to resource allocation, vendor/freelance management, and stakeholder coordination across creative, strategy, analytics, finance, operations and legal.
