The Media Planner supports the Account Management and Sales team by developing KPI-driven media plans, managing ad campaigns, collaborating across departments, and overseeing production timelines in a fast-paced environment.

The Account Manager will manage client relationships and oversee custom content campaigns, ensuring brand goals are achieved through collaboration with internal teams and effective communication.

The role involves supporting the CEO with administrative tasks, managing calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and internal communications, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.

Execute and manage digital ad campaigns including trafficking, QA, optimization, and monthly billing reconciliation. Collect creative assets, manage inventory, monitor campaign performance and reporting, troubleshoot ad serving/pacing issues, escalate technical problems to Product & Tech, support implementation of ad and data technologies for direct and programmatic campaigns, and maintain ad specs.
