Investigate warranty returns, identify root causes, validate firmware updates and product releases, support customer and partner technical enquiries, document service insights, and help develop troubleshooting procedures. The role collaborates with engineering, operations, and customer success teams to improve product performance, service operations, and customer outcomes.
