Designs, prototypes, tests, and refines hands-on K-8 STEAM projects and curriculum. Creates multimedia facilitation guides, specifies instructional materials, develops and delivers instructor training, observes programs, analyzes feedback, and drives continuous improvement. The role collaborates with Educational Product and Supply Chain teams in a fast-paced production environment and may support educational tools, templates, and professional development initiatives.

Drive new K-12 partnerships by prospecting, running consultative discovery, and closing mid-market deals ($25K-$75K). Manage high-velocity pipeline, maintain pristine CRM data, align proposals to public funding cycles, represent Galileo at conferences, and contribute to a repeatable sales playbook to scale programs and revenue.

Own mid-market new-business revenue for K-12, charter, and community partners ($25K–$75K deals). Run consultative discovery, self-source pipeline, close multi-stakeholder deals, align proposals to public funding cycles, maintain pristine CRM and forecasting, document market learnings, and contribute to a repeatable sales playbook. Expect remote work with periodic travel and summer onsite support of programs.
