Generate and qualify leads among school districts, charter networks, nonprofits, cities, and youth-serving organizations. Conduct high-volume outreach through email, phone, and social platforms; craft mission-aligned messaging; schedule discovery calls; maintain accurate CRM records; optimize outreach metrics; and collaborate with Partnerships and Programs teams to expand Galileo X programs into new communities.

Owns full-cycle recruiting for all roles across an assigned region, including seasonal camp staffing, camp leadership, and HQ positions. Builds regional hiring plans, leads and coaches a temporary seasonal recruiting team, partners with hiring managers and community organizations, manages talent pipelines, and tracks recruiting metrics. The role is remote within the region but requires regular travel to camp locations, hiring events, and community partner sites, with additional seasonal hours during February through June.

Designs and refines hands-on STEAM projects for K–8 students, specifies instructional materials, creates multimedia facilitation guides, and develops instructor training. Tests activities in classrooms, gathers instructor and customer feedback, analyzes survey data, and drives continuous curriculum improvement. The role collaborates with Educational Product and Supply Chain teams in a fast-paced production environment and may support broader educational tools, templates, and professional development initiatives.
