Audit and reconcile daily revenue activity for a condo-hotel, verifying room, F&B, parking, taxes, payments, and owner-related revenue. Reconcile PMS, POS, credit card settlements, prepare daily reports, support month-end close, and maintain audit documentation while coordinating with front office, F&B, and accounting.

Supervise and train food and beverage staff, manage daily operations (scheduling, inventory, orders), ensure service quality and guest satisfaction, collaborate with kitchen staff, enforce health and safety standards, run staff meetings, maintain cleanliness, and support F&B leadership with improvements and other duties.

Regular property visits and collaboration with property leadership required.

Create and execute high-quality visual design assets for digital and print to support marketing campaigns, social media, brand collateral, and sales materials. Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to develop concepts, maintain brand standards, manage multiple projects, and incorporate AI-assisted tools into creative workflows.

Executive HR leader responsible for strategy and operations across multi-property hospitality portfolio. Oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HRIS and payroll, compliance, organizational development, succession planning, and acquisition integrations while partnering with owners and hotel leadership to scale HR systems and culture.
