Manage construction projects from pre-construction through close-out, overseeing permitting, budgeting, scheduling, contractor coordination, inspections, quality control, documentation, and turnover to operations while ensuring compliance with codes, timelines, and company standards.

Design, build, and operate the company's AWS infrastructure and Amazon EKS Kubernetes platform. Own cluster operations, security, observability, CI/CD, backup/disaster recovery, and infrastructure-as-code to support Node.js services, real-time ingestion, and enterprise SLAs.

Lead day-to-day building maintenance specializing in plumbing, HVAC, kitchen and electrical systems. Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, inventory management, and respond to guest/employee requests. Maintain tools, follow OSHA and company safety policies, uphold professional appearance, and be available on-call.

Perform HR and payroll administration including bi-weekly payroll processing, HRIS recordkeeping, onboarding/offboarding, benefits support, recruitment and candidate management, employee relations assistance, event planning, payroll/W-2 reporting, accounts payable processing, and support special HR projects under the Director of Human Resources.

Lead and execute sales strategy for residential, mixed-use, and development assets. Build and manage in-house sales team, broker relations, and international partnerships. Drive pre-construction planning, pricing, pipeline, CRM reporting, contract negotiations, and sales gallery operations to achieve project sellouts and revenue targets while ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting to executive leadership.

Create and execute high-quality visual design assets for digital and print to support marketing campaigns, social media, brand collateral, and sales materials. Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to develop concepts, maintain brand standards, manage multiple projects, and incorporate AI-assisted tools into creative workflows.
