Lead daily parking operations across multiple sites while driving revenue through sales and business development. Manage teams, SOPs, reporting, compliance, client relationships, proposals, onboarding, and adoption of parking technology and payment systems.

Lead facility maintenance and engineering for a hotel/condo property, managing staff and contractors, preventive maintenance, HVAC/plumbing/electrical/life-safety systems, budgets, compliance, energy/sustainability programs, and departmental administration.

Oversee accounting operations for hospitality properties including reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, fixed assets, budgeting and forecasting, KPI and P&L analysis, A/R review, internal controls, audits, and supervising accounting staff. Regular property visits and collaboration with property leadership required.
