Supervise production shifts to meet schedules and KPIs, maintain equipment efficiency and product quality, enforce food safety/GMP/HACCP/SOPs, manage ERP production orders and inventory, support continuous improvement and safety, assist with hiring and evaluations.

Manage and grow key customer accounts within assigned territories, promoting retail and ingredient portfolios. Handle pricing, contracts, RFQ/RFP bids, forecasting, reporting, and sales analysis. Collaborate with internal teams, attend customer meetings and trade shows, and execute merchandising, planning, and promotional activities to meet sales quotas and KPIs.
